You've cut carbs, you've done the walking, and the bit round your middle hasn't moved. So when something turns up saying you can breathe the fat out, no dieting, no gym, it's hard not to click. Here's the honest bit. There is real science behind the idea that fat leaves the body mostly as carbon dioxide through your lungs. That's the exit door, though, not the switch.
